SWENext is a community club that provides young girls with the skills and tools they need to increase their understanding of the engineering field. We hope to bring awareness about STEM to encourage more girls to consider STEM careers by conducting various engineering related events to further develop their creativity and critical thinking skills. In addition, girls who are interested in STEM are also able to meet other like-minded individuals and create friendships that can last a lifetime. As a SWENext member, you'll be notified of relevant STEM events, learn about scholarships, meet practicing women engineers, work on cool projects, participate in contests, and more! Women are severely underrepresented in STEM industries in Indonesia and we believe there are still many incredible opportunities waiting for women.
